Bus gps on the app
The gps on the app doesn’t work all the time. That issue has been ongoing and must be fixed in order for accurate bus activity.
Got worse
The app was already pretty bad, with constant login issues and ridiculously short session times. It was recently updated and now is even worse. It used to be perfectly clear where the bus actually was, now the icon takes up a nine square block radius, and you can’t actually tell.
Needs major improvement

Sometimes it works on the drivers end and not the parents and vice versa, sometimes it’ll show a completely different bus route.
The bus is blocking the view of map
The updated version it is hard to see where the bus is on the map. There is white space around the bus icon that make it hard to see where the bus is on the map. The old version is better.
When trying to zoom in, it pans the map over and not zoom in to the here the bus is.
Not only that why doesn’t it stay logged in and every morning have to log in .

Not accurate
I Dont Know, what’s the point of this app when it doesn’t even tell you how close they are anymore it’s almost useless
It works when it wants to
So we have the app on multiple devices so far only My Daughter can access the bus because she picks up her sibling but then I can’t access it when I need to when it’s my day receive my child. It wasn’t always like this please fix it. Update: it still shows it is at school because ????? It should show where it is at! Get it together!

Doesn’t work well
The UX sucks. You have to login a bunch of times sometimes. Regularly it just doesn’t work at all. it spins while trying to see the tracking page. Under support it doesn’t have any way to contact the bus company or the driver. Also under support there’s no way to troubleshoot or open a ticket when it has bugs. One of the worst apps I’ve ever used.

They won’t call you even if the app isn’t working and only wait for about a minute

Has not worked once since I downloaded it. Always says something went wrong.
App hasn’t worked all year!
The app has not worked once since the beginning of the year. It gives us a generic error message. We cannot get in contact with anybody so they will help us. We have no idea what time the bus will arrive each day.
Useful but frustrating
There’s really no reason that a session should ever time-out for an app like this. Logging in can sometimes take three tries before it actually works. It’s kind of wild how poorly New York City apps and websites run and I’m quite sure they pay way more than market rate to have them built.

Impossible to use
The app keeps logging me out and when I try to log back in 8 out of 10 times it reports an error and I can't get in.
Extremely buggy
This app is close to useless. It sends no alerts, like those pictured above, it logs off several times a day, even while I’m actively using it, and the map is difficult to orient to (i.e., it’s hard to tell what street the bus is on). It needs a lot of work to be functional.
Terrible app
First, not only do you have to sign on every time, sometimes you have to sign in a few times just to get going. Second, most of the time, it just doesn’t work. This week it keeps loading and then tells you something went wrong. Then you have to sign on again. Every day this week so far it hasn’t worked. The worst is when they have a substitute bus driver and that person is a little older and can’t figure out the app, they don’t turn it on. The bus driver today got a bit salty with me because he had to wait a minute for us because he was 12 minutes late and I went back inside with my kid cause it was freezing. I told him he had to turn the app on and he said he doesn’t bother with that.
