The bus is blocking the view of map
The updated version it is hard to see where the bus is on the map. There is white space around the bus icon that make it hard to see where the bus is on the map. The old version is better.
When trying to zoom in, it pans the map over and not zoom in to the here the bus is.
Not only that why doesn’t it stay logged in and every morning have to log in .

Not accurate
I Dont Know, what’s the point of this app when it doesn’t even tell you how close they are anymore it’s almost useless
It works when it wants to
So we have the app on multiple devices so far only My Daughter can access the bus because she picks up her sibling but then I can’t access it when I need to when it’s my day receive my child. It wasn’t always like this please fix it. Update: it still shows it is at school because ????? It should show where it is at! Get it together!

Doesn’t work.
Doesn’t even show the bus where and I was 1 hour late.
Doesn’t work well
The UX sucks. You have to login a bunch of times sometimes. Regularly it just doesn’t work at all. it spins while trying to see the tracking page. Under support it doesn’t have any way to contact the bus company or the driver. Also under support there’s no way to troubleshoot or open a ticket when it has bugs. One of the worst apps I’ve ever used.
