Stuck at “Select Student”
When I login, it forces me to select a student when there is no student to select, and I can’t sign out of it, whenever I open the app, it stuck at that page

There is not much to say these apps never seem to work the way the picture suggests. Logged in with no issues but when I have to “Select a Student” there is nothing to choose as if my child isn’t in the system but logging in on website works fine.

I’m sorry but the app barely functions properly I log in and the next time I open the app it logs me out and I have redo the process of logging in again and again it’s frustrating I’d love it if the app would actually let me stay logged in
Terrible app. Useless.
It’s impossible to login via this app. I’ve managed to get in via Safari, but it has never accepted my password in this app.

Logged In without Issues
Honestly, I do not understand the 1 start people are giving here. I was able to log in without any issues. I can switch between my kids, grade tab, attendances tab and other tab. I am even seeing my previous notifications dated two years ago. This app is very straightforward. I am using it on iPhone 12 too.

This app is not working consistently. It is very difficult to log in! Please make this work better because parents are very busy and do not have time to waste for this app.
The app doesn’t let to log in
I log in with the correct parental email but the second I hit enter the screen freezes and the app won’t let to proceed forwards. Please fix this bug as soon as possible! Thank you!!

All it does is crash crash crash. Never let you get going. Great job New York City schools. Wonder why our kids can’t read or do math.
