Terrible

Terrible, the worst credit union on earth. Everything is slow no matter if you go in person or online, all outdated and slow junk. U deposit a check on Tuesday and they wont realease funds till Monday the next week. Absolutely the worst institution ive ever banked with.

Mcu phone app

For the lad few weeks it has been a problem logging into my mcu app I never had any problems with this and its been telling me Im locked out of the app. Never had any issues before now

The biggest problem I have is with Zell. Why can’t we be able to Zell as much as we can withdraw.

Wait time

I love this bank however the wait time on the phone is depressing. This area needs help. I was transferred several times and then had to call another day.
