It’s a great bank but they do not if rarely give you over draft fee forgiveness they are rude sometime and out of all my banks there the only ones that denied me over draft fee refund even though I had money in my savings over 20 grand they denied me me every time I was asked my other 2 banks never

Happy But Disappointed
I’ve been with MCU for over 30 plus years and it’s been convenient, easy to manage and great offers throughout the years!! I appreciate how it’s geared to city workers and one of the positives, there are no high fees and you get your paycheck a little earlier.
I just recently took out my first loan with MCU which was very helpful at the time. But what I don’t like is the loan department automatically taking funds out my checking account to make a payment on my loan because of a previous late payment! No Bueno!! Now you have all of my payments that are coming out for other bills bouncing like a rubber ball. I know I didn’t make the payment on time but I did pay it up to date and for the next month it was automatically taken. The reason why the payment was late because my father passed away and I was in the wrong state of mind!
