The service in itself seems passable. The poor video quality on the iPad is disappointing, and the video has a “hitch” on my Mac. The video on the phone seems smoothest.
Not working on IPADS
Video does not open or enlarge using iPad. Reported for weeks and not fixed. Poor programming and customer service. Track changes not working anymore. Broken and refuse to fix. Moved on to Fan Dual.

Withdrawing Money is a pain
Deposit with Apple Pay and you can gamble instantly. Want to get your winnings out. Well to bad you now need to deposit a min of $20 with a bank account. Wait 7 days for $20 to clear. Then you withdraw. What a ridiculous process. Seems deliberately slow to encourage gambling. No surprise there. Probably marketed as a way to prevent fraud but who is buying that when you every other gambling app allows withdraws in such an easier way. No thanks I’ll still with DK or FD.

Absolute criminal company. Attempting to charge me a monthly fee for an inactive account and then makes me jump through paperwork hoops just to formally close the account.
Nightmare
I got this app years ago they took all my information. Let me make 100$ in bets then locked my account for some reason. They said to call customer service. I did that, waited on hold for 30 minutes and gave up. Now I get an email saying they need 3 more documents including a full PDF of my back statement or they’re going to charge me 5$ a month for Not using my account! I’ve been back and forth with customer support just trying to pay what I owe and close the account. It’s been four days and I’m realizing getting this App is one of biggest mistakes of my life. Nightmare!!!

Easy to use and is my go-to racing app.
Customer service doesn’t do anything
What a horrible website. It always has been. They never do anything to support their customers. There is no responsible way during for anyone else. But the New York residence. And they won’t let you minimize your deposits. Customer service is classless like always. What do you expect from keyboard warriors. Management does nothing they’re just as bad.
