Withdrawing Money is a pain
Deposit with Apple Pay and you can gamble instantly. Want to get your winnings out. Well to bad you now need to deposit a min of $20 with a bank account. Wait 7 days for $20 to clear. Then you withdraw. What a ridiculous process. Seems deliberately slow to encourage gambling. No surprise there. Probably marketed as a way to prevent fraud but who is buying that when you every other gambling app allows withdraws in such an easier way. No thanks I’ll still with DK or FD.

Absolute criminal company. Attempting to charge me a monthly fee for an inactive account and then makes me jump through paperwork hoops just to formally close the account.
Nightmare
I got this app years ago they took all my information. Let me make 100$ in bets then locked my account for some reason. They said to call customer service. I did that, waited on hold for 30 minutes and gave up. Now I get an email saying they need 3 more documents including a full PDF of my back statement or they’re going to charge me 5$ a month for Not using my account! I’ve been back and forth with customer support just trying to pay what I owe and close the account. It’s been four days and I’m realizing getting this App is one of biggest mistakes of my life. Nightmare!!!

Racing app is good stuff
Easy to use and is my go-to racing app.
Customer service doesn’t do anything
What a horrible website. It always has been. They never do anything to support their customers. There is no responsible way during for anyone else. But the New York residence. And they won’t let you minimize your deposits. Customer service is classless like always. What do you expect from keyboard warriors. Management does nothing they’re just as bad.

Video not working on iPads
Video does not open or enlarge using iPad. Reported for weeks and not fixed. Poor programming and customer service. Moved on to Fan Dual.

Terrible. Is there anything but front speed that wins a race. Apparently not to your guy.
DONT DO IT
You will deposit your money hoping to get the deposit match only to find out you have to spend double your deposit to get the deposit match and then you can’t even withdraw to the same card they instantly take your money from. I have to wait a week to get $150 I just deposited and did nothing with.
Terrible Scam
They let me put money into the app, but after I won a bet did not let me withdraw saying that I needed to deposit money from my ECH account before withdrawing. After putting the minimum $20 in through my ECH account that it made me put in so I could take my money out, the app still never let me withdraw and their “bet through” concept makes it nearly impossible to ever even have withdraw-able funds. There is no way to withdraw your money and no support to help you when you can’t withdraw your money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP AT ALL COSTS!

The “deposit match” is a scam
Called customer service to see why my $200 deposit did not show a bonus bet match anywhere in the app, well she told me you have to wager and lose $400 to get that $200 back in bonus bets? I had to ask her twice just to confirm. What a absolutely insane “promotion” and I can’t even withdrawal my money for over a week after the initial deposit, stick with FanDuel/draft kings or literally a little kid on the corner offer bets before even considering this terrible platform. Also the app is borderline unusable.

Needs Work
Overall. The app is OK, but the UI needs a lot of work. It just isn’t as intuitive as it could be. In addition to that, please show unofficial results until the race is official. It is annoying having to wait to see how the race played out until it is official.
Also, please allow more than one device to be logged in at a time. Sometimes I’m on my phone, sometimes I’m on the computer. Thanks!
