Sucks
Payments take forever to post just made a double payment because I thought a payment didn’t go through because it shows no recent payments and it forever says payment processing
Bank Info Doesn’t Save
I have reported it several times that since the update last year, no bank information saves, even though it says it will for future payment. I have to enter bank information every month when I make a payment.
Helpful staff
There was a problem with my payment and the worker at Nyseg was able to turn my electricity back on within a few minutes!!!!
Payments suck
Payments suck, doesn’t show correct bill.
Power outages
Terrible bot service. Can’t get power outages text but wife does. Tried several times. Terrible results.

Makes it much easier
Actually made the whole process of seeing and paying bills way easier. Also their outage viewing & reporting is super convenient. For a utilities app it’s really great even if it’s a little clunky. Very positive experience overall.

Greed at its finest
In all of my life, I've never worked with a more greedy, uncaring, and disgusting company than NYSEG. It is a monopoly, and you have no other options, but to deal with this monster when I purchased my home soon, I will be getting solar and cutting ties with nyseg at ANY cost.
