The worst app I’m forced to use
The worst app I’m forced to use since paying by phone or website is even worse. Never saves my banking information, the card redirect constantly fails, and half the time it errors out just trying to log in. They overcharge for energy usage and clearly don’t invest it in a good app.

Easiest way to pay your bill. However, there’s no tool to engage with NYSEG outside of reporting a gas leak. It’s almost impossible to communicate with this company outside of writing a letter and hoping for a response.

Great app!
I never review apps but got a suggestion to review this while paying my electric bill lol and I was like “ you know what I will review this app because it’s actually good” it operates really quickly with almost no glitching or wavering, must be a really impressive software/coding. Great job guys :)
