Signed up for auto bill pay and still getting termination notices. Reaching rep is harder than reaching the president.

Features don’t work correctly

I haven’t had access to real time usage in over six months. I have called and made complaint and nobody can give an answer to why. If you’re not going to allow people to have access to it you shouldn’t offer it.

I love using the O&R app to make my payments! It’s super easy and it’s done in 1-2-3! Also, I REALLY appreciate the convenience of being able to login using face recognition and not have to try and remember usernames or passwords!

Garbage app

Horrible App doesn’t even work half the time. Maybe the abusive web master wants a new password every month. It just sucks.

Over charged

Hello, I received a bill this month saying that I owed $648 and we made two payments this month totaling $675 and it says I still owe $558 which is incorrect. we made every single payment in 2025 for $322 that was assessed for us so how can we still owe this much? When I made two payments this month and another payment $325 again so that is $1000. I paid this month alone to you. It still says my balance is $558. Don’t understand why we are being charged so much this month because it is not correct. Please look at my My Account account and let me know what is going on and why we are being charged so much money this month. When you made the assessment of $322 a month for the year 2025. Being raised to $372 a month for 2026. I just don’t understand why and how we can owe over $1000 for one month. Please help me thank you Denise Lavelle

Collection harassment

I’ve been paying my bills on time since 1988. I would prefer you never to send me disconnection notices because you’re threatening letters reflect a date not even do. I pay my bills the same way all the time if this is a rating for the app the app is fine but if thisharassment continues, I’ll have to take further action.

Final term notice

Barely one week late and they’re sending me final termination notices, seems a bit extreme. Never late before!! But yet they just keep adding more random charges for stupid stuff. Billing charge? Really? I change to paperless to eliminate bills and they still charge for billing. Now you idiots start sending paper bills again for what reason?

My husband passed from cancer last year so there is one less person in my household right now! I work 10-12 hour days, I’m never home! My bill is SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER than it was when my husband was here with me and we were home all the time!!! I guess my dogs must be throwing some crazy house parties while I’m out! No one from O&R can explain it but I’m tired of the high bills that I can’t afford, I’m in the process of starting an investigation because this is outrageous! I also have new appliances so I don’t want to hear that excuse and I have all LED light bulbs
