Can’t see checks that were written out
This app was great, but, suddenly, when I click on the check icon, I get a blank screen. In the past, I could click on a written check that was posted, and I could see a picture of the check, now I can’t; it’s a blank screen.
App glitches with mobile deposit
The app no longer works for mobile deposit since the newest OS update. Please have developers look at the issue so it works properly again.
Never tells the right amount
I get so confused with the amount of money I have in my bank account and then a week or couple of hours or days later it tells me the right amount can you please fix that
Garbage
Stop kicking me out of the app. Stop telling me my passcode may be required to enable Face ID. I added my Information to passwords and I still get locked out. Fix your app.

This app is horrible. About 3 weeks ago when i tried to log in i was told my password was incorrect, i was NOT typing the wrong password. I eventually had to have the password reset. Now i have been using my new password and its been perfectly fine untill 2 days ago, now my new password is being denied and it wont let me log in and check my balance. This happens ALL THE TIME. This was not the first time it happened. Its ridiculous you really need to fix this ap because i cant log in and check my balance when you app keeps saying my password is wrong when it isnt.

New mobile deposit system is awful
Says must put mobile deposit which I did and still don’t work. What idiot came up with this should be fired on the spot.
What a piece of garbage
It’s great to have—IF IT WORKS. I can’t get SUBMIT to go anywhere or do anything. What good is the app if basic options like Deposit a Check don’t work? They need to check their app from top to bottom.

No Touch ID after update
So the app was updated 3 days ago and now even after resetting my password Touch ID doesn’t show up even as an option in settings.
New update is bad
When I first got the app some months ago it was great, everything worked. Now with the most recent update I have to log in every time because the Touch ID keeps cancelling out. Very frustrating!!!!!!

In the last week, I haven’t been able to use the Touch ID. I enable it and it doesn’t work. Please fix.

What happened to the ability to use my fingerprint to login- I have gone through the enabling process over 20 times and yet it refuses to stay on!!! So inconvenient!! Please fix it!
Worst app ever for a bank
App always cancels finger ID now won’t relearn finger print at all . Chase app always works . Time to switch banks , worried about security with old seconds app also if log in can’t be fixed
Old Second
It logs me out and says there is an error after the Touch ID like twice a week. I use Touch ID just often enough where I can’t remember my info to log in. It’s a hassle to go through all my paperwork. I have logged in using he correct info and it claims that I’m not and it freezes my account. FIX THIS.
Update: it isn’t even the Touch ID or password thing anymore, it just says service failure and logs me out like once every other day. It is terrible. This needs to be FIXED.

It ok until....
After the update when I got to check my account it said I put in the wrong password when I know I type it correctly and I try to do it on the old second bank website and I got in my account on the first try. Please fix it.

New interface is asking security questions I never had answered before. Can't access the ones I have done. Error codes pop up when putting in info to check savings.

App is Awesome!
O2's App is great! Not only can I make deposits and P2P's but now I can use the Touch ID feature instead of having to remember my ID and password!! Way to go Old Second!
