Impossible to Close Account
Once this app is on your phone, it’s like herpes; impossible to get rid of. They make it impossible to delete a credit card. They make it impossible to submit a delete request. I love playing the ponies, but hate having a dishonest business experience that traps you.
Pathetic
This app is useless! You can stand in line to bet for 20 minutes or you can “try” and use this app but I’ll warn you you better deposit your entire paycheck because you only get ONE deposit that takes 3-5 days to clear then you can’t make any more deposits! If you come to hot springs I wouldn’t waste my time at Oaklawn. They aren’t even trying to be a premier racetrack

Great app but one flaw
This is a great app but the one flaw is that if you change your bet type then it resets you bet amount to $1. So if you try to bet a $20 win on 6 but decide to change it to a show bet…then it will be a $1 show on 6. It forces you to review every bet which is a pain.
Too many issues
Errors out when trying to login. Placed my bets for KY Derby they took my money the both web & app broke down before the race.
Worst app
Set up an account. Can’t access it. Try to reset password. Never get a link. Tried to set up account again, says to reset password. Never get a link. Worthless.
Love this
When I hit a big race last week, I called them to request my money. The next day it was in my bank account. Wonderful customer service!
Log in
App will sign out and make you log in repeatedly when switching from screen to screen. It doesn’t seem to let you toggle back and forth.
Easiest Way to Bet at Oaklawn
Convenient and fast way to make bets. The interface for s simple to understand with just enough information for handicapping.
Money
Works great and you can access your winnings whenever the track side is open. Don’t have to wait 7-10 business days like other apps
Watch your bets
While the app is good. I’m finding the payouts are 50% of what I would get at the track. Whoever is running the app, appears to be keeping half of the winnings. For example today, I place a $2 WPS. The horse won with 8/1 odds. It paid out $18.60 / $7.00 / $4.60. Which come out to $30.20. Still a good win. But if the odds are 8/1, for a $2 bet, the winnings should have been double. I’ve gone to their support about this and they say they only pay a percentage of the winnings based on the pool. I’m sorry, but if the track posts the winnings, that’s the winnings not a percentage. This is the second year I’ve used the app. I don’t remember this happening last year. So I’ll be deleting the app now.

Horrible
A pain to register, impossible to add money, ruined the experience. Why make it so hard to enjoy the races?

The betting part of the app works great, but I need to be able to buy my daily racing form through this app. I love that I can beat the greyhounds this app

Odds
The public cannot make a reasonable selection based on odds which change as the horses are entering the gate as well as while the race is run! Until you can receive the odds at the time of the wager as with other sports the public is getting screwed! When wagering was on track only this did not occur. The remote app works well for the track, not the patrons.

I have been to Oaklawn since I was a young man listened to the King of Oaklawn , Terry Wallace call his first and by pure luck his last race he was a very gracious man and I appreciate he gave this race patron a few minutes of his time. RIP Mr .Wallace. I am disabled now with limited mobility so I am very glad for this app.👍😎✌️
