Interest underpayment
The bank underpaid my interest, this must be fixed.
Ok in general, but…
I like the less is more feel of the app. One issue is an occasional crash that goes to a black screen. Swipe out and back in and it’s usually ok.
New app layout
What was there before app “improved” was simple and fine. Now when I open app there’s a completely pointless graph and it takes longer to navigate to my account. Just because you can show me a useless piece of information doesn’t mean I want to see it. Don’t waste money breaking a functional app use it pay savers more interest!

Version 2 of the app
I hate the new version. The old one was much, much better for those with a visual impairment. There are sections of the app that cannot be enlarged and the print, graph notations are very small and spread far apart. The old version was much more readable, this new version is useless to me. I may have to leave this bank if I cannot have a more useable app. Can I return to the old version please?
