Interest underpayment
The bank underpaid my interest, this must be fixed.
Ok in general, but…
I like the less is more feel of the app. One issue is an occasional crash that goes to a black screen. Swipe out and back in and it’s usually ok.
New app layout
What was there before app “improved” was simple and fine. Now when I open app there’s a completely pointless graph and it takes longer to navigate to my account. Just because you can show me a useless piece of information doesn’t mean I want to see it. Don’t waste money breaking a functional app use it pay savers more interest!

Version 2 of the app
I hate the new version. The old one was much, much better for those with a visual impairment. There are sections of the app that cannot be enlarged and the print, graph notations are very small and spread far apart. The old version was much more readable, this new version is useless to me. I may have to leave this bank if I cannot have a more useable app. Can I return to the old version please?

ISA Maturity
My ISA matures tomorrow
I was able to select a new ISA deal which was one of the best rates around and set it up in less than a minute unbelievable when I spent an hour and 20 minutes on the phone yesterday to HMRC for a refund they owe me and I need to phone back tomorrow (4 calls and it’s still not sorted)

Decent rates… a little less than the one I was contemplating however for the hassle it wasn’t worth it

Reinvestment with OakNorth
Nice easy process with no problems. Interest not the best rate as better rates available but for ease I reinvested .
Allowance
This bank was will not allow you to keep your tax free allowance unless you stay with them
