Wonโt register
I tried registering for the app so that I may control my fan from my phone & the app will not let me register at all :(
I wanted to love this app but it's inadequate
Previous app for oaks 2 much better. Cant login without Face ID once I set it up. I work in operating room and wear a mask and i can't face open. Can't connect gateway to lock. Prior to release they jumped over backward to make me satisfied. Emailed my frustrations and they were basically "oh well, good luck". Need two apps for the oaks 2 and 3. Can't connect to gateway. Have to be by lock to download data. How can this be used for rentals if I have to go to the house to make every change. Sub- standard. Looks great but that's all. Save your money and buy app compatible lock.
