Latest update doesn’t work
I’ve liked the app ever since I became a customer but the latest update has rendered it inoperable. The login screen never shows up.
Unusable
This does NOT work!!!! Sends me in circles has for 4 days now!! And NO branch is open on Saturdays to get any help!
Had to give it one star to write review- otherwise I would haven’t given it any. If negative stars were an option I would have chosen one of those options.

Updates
Everytime this app has an update it’s locks you out of your account for days on end. Eventually someone from tech support will reach out and tell you issues have been fixed with the most recent update. Apps a joke

Very user-friendly and I love that I can see my credit score automatically on my online banking account
Oak Star is the best bank I have ever used
We started out in the Clinton, Mo Bank. After thinking about another local bank who was going to make us put up a huge amount and give us limited privileges, and no one had a good explanation for us. So we went to the tiny Oak Star that had just opened at that time. We go a normal account either no minimum deposit to open it that very day! When we moved we
choose to keep that account . We moved to S Kc at that time there was no branch close then you opened one in Overland Park Ks area shape, is my husband opened another account and there. So we have several accounts. We moved to where there is no local branch again. I wish you would come to Butler, Mo and take a chance here. Is ask everyone I know here to go with you! We love the ease it banking either you even either out a local branch you have made deposits so simple! We love Oak Star, you are truly part or our family and our small business!

Customer service is too notch, the app and website work great, and they truly care about helping small businesses. Nothing more I could ask for!

I love being able to check to see what’s being taking out of my account to keep an eye on it. I like to be able to write and note to the bank and get an answer back right away. 5 stars for sure.

I don’t cash that many mobile checks but when I do have one it saves me driving to the bank. It’s simple and I have never had an issue!

Errors
Half the time there’s an error updating my balance.
Can't reset the password. Major bug
The reset password option doesn't work at all. When you get a link in either email or as a text it takes you to the login screen which is totally useless. Now I have to call the bank and figure out how to change the password since I can't login. Also not sure why I can't login I had my password stored on my phone and never changed it and all of a sudden after few months of not using the app my password didn't work anymore??? Frustration is an understatement.
