Bad

Very bad and deceptive, you can see the owners actions too they do not aline with someone trying to help. Horrible app.

Owner Seems Shady

I have been following this app for awhile and only recently used it, and thought that there wasn’t really much to it loads of products are locked the pay wall is abit of a joke. Additionally i recently have been seeing a lot of stuff about how the creator doesn’t pay influencers that advertise for him as well as having a number of lawsuits for false lab reports. I personally wouldn’t trust it too much tbh it seems like abit of a cash grab.

Very misleading

Just what the title says.. this app is very misleading and I would not recommend anyone take anything that it says seriously. It gave a product that I was using a very low score and had me worried, I then asked my doctor about the rating and he mentioned how I would have gotten more lead in an apple than in the product that I was worried about. I then had him look at other ratings on the app and he mentioned almost all of them are not a concern. I fear this app favors those willing to do brand deal rather than truly healthy and unhealthy products. Such a low rating due to fear mongering tactics rather than truly trying to help people..

Incorrect information and buggy

The apps concept is good. But its just almost unusable with the amount of bugs and literally half the ratings and warnings on it are just straight up wrong. Like it rates alcohol as healthy but something thats actually healthy as unhealthy just because of one unmeaningful metric. The owner also is very public about him not caring and just wanting to get rich.

Very hard to navigate

I initially loved this app, but as someone else has said, the goal post keeps changing. Products I had previously bought using this app that had a high rating now are lower, which freaked me and my husband out because we were relying on the app’s ratings, leading us to wonder why the rating went down (would appreciate explanations here.) Secondly, as the product catalog continues to evolve, you MUST create an improved category access system. I’ve spent 15 minutes scrolling through personal care product ratings to not even reach what was scored “poor” and I’ve lost patience. Please make it easier to see product scores in sections of 10 points (1-10, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, etc so people don’t waste hours of scrolling when products have 1,2,3 point discrepancies. Just ridiculous. Great that you’re diversifying, but the user experience is not pleasant. I’m not necessarily searching for specific products, I just want to see what to avoid and it’s virtually impossible to see the poor scores unless I just don’t know the way.
