Only ok and pricey

Expensive for what you get and our order is often wrong when we get it home. I’ll say we do get the GF pizza and vegan cheese which adds to the cost. Biggest complaint there is that a personal cheese pizza is $20 when getting it with vegan cheese and Banza crust, not worth it.

Always hard to order on the site!

We love Oath pizza! But always difficult and painful to order using the app for the online website!
This time the salads don’t even show up as an option.

Can not edit card

This app is a piece of crap. You get charged a service fee and basic features like editing a card are not there. you cannot delete a card, and then if you try to add card again with updated dates it says card already exist. Fire developer. Poor logic a no testing. I wish I could rate 0

Great pizza. Lousy App

This is a rating of the app not the pizza because the pizza is fantastic. I always order the beyond meat crumbles which is their plant-based vegan sausage and it’s always available at the store but on the app it’s not even an option. If you’re not vegan and you’re ordering a large pizza when you choose tomato sauce it says it’s not available on the large pizza (but it lets you choose it for the personal size) and this has happened multiple times. The employees at the store know that this is an app issue but nobody seems to give any feedback to actually fix the app. FIX THE APP! The pizza is actually my favorite fast pizza compared to its competitors Modpizza and &Pizza.

Promos never work

Promos never work. Seems like a bait and switch to get emails with app-only promotions that don’t actually work. Have never successfully ordered on this app.

Get the error “can’t order from the restaurant at this time” followed by “this reward has already been redeemed” after the failed order.

Well…

The pizza is fine but the special offers never seem to be applied at checkout. Leaves me feeling like this is a bait-and-switch

Great pizza, lousy app

I have tried on numerous occasions to order on this app, to no avail. In addition, there is no way to contact them to alleviate the situation. Very frustrating every time I order. A good way to loose customers.

Unbelieveable Pizza

I have no idea how they’re doing it. Outstanding pizza and a great approach in Boston. Pizza kits are the best for hosting and having date night at home when we can’t go anywhere.

App does not work at all

The app errors out all the time. Tried using a birthday reward on an order. Order never went through but the birthday reward is gone?

This company has a lot to workout. Their app, business model, stores. Shame.

App difficult

App is very difficult to use. It changes selections by itself. I had delivery and paid for delivery and when I checked back on the app it said pick up. I had to call the shop to make sure and they couldn’t find the order.

Keep it up..

The only thing I’ve noticed in this location is that every time there are males helping and serving -it is a big mess and never on time...disappointed..
