No Products
For at least two months now there has been NO products at all to redeem points. I signed up and purchased product because of this feature.
Very poor points process
I gave this app 4 stars because the Obagi products are great. Like another reviewer, the points system used to be really good as well. I check several times per week and there are never any products and I have several points to redeem! I’ve contacted Obagi twice and they say keep checking. This isn’t very good customer service.

No Perks! Huge Disappointment
I have been using Obagi products for years. Spending thousands of dollars and earning points. Unfortunately, over the last year I have continued to earn points however they now disregard their most loyal customers. In the beginning I was able to redeem points for products. Many options being available. However, the last year there has only been one or two options on the app. Now for over the last two months ZERO!

Fraud
This was once a legit program. However, I am calling it FRAUDULENT because they have had ZERO products available to redeem for the past 3 months. Many other options for skincare!!!
Disappointed
Adoring Dr. S. Obagi and her promoted products and services makes it difficult to ask, “Who is running this app?!?” with confusion and anger. It is Jan, 2025; been accruing points. This time last year app had a multitude of available products. Now? Nothing. Please, please offer the products again.
