CarPlay Integration Sets It Apart

OBD Fusion is an excellent ODB app plus it provides a way to view parameters on your vehicle’s CayPlay screen. This is a game changer for me.

Missing promised features

The app looks nice but has some problems. First, the dev seems biased to other makes since only a few manufacturer PID’s are available with initial purchase. I can’t get a simple PID for oil pressure out of this app when I get it from free ones. I bought the add-on PID for my car’s make and it still doesn’t show up. That’s $20 I’ve spent so far! 😤🤬

Once you get it to connect everything works fine, but sometimes getting it to connect to your phone is problematic. I do not know if it is a problem with the unit or just the app. Either way it is annoying.
