Bait & switch and dishonest

The taxi you order is not the one you get. In the app you should be able to track your driver before the ride and during the ride for safety. They also charged me for the initial ride, then refunded my charge less $28 US and then requested a separate payment for the full amount again. Also charged extra for an airport fee which my ride did not include. Why do the refund in the first place. Had to click on a payment link via whatsapp. I believe in paying for my services so did pay but through apple wallet to avoid entering any credit card #
