I'm absolutely furious about what happened with my recent payment. A very bad incident occurred, and it's completely unacceptable.
I paid the driver in cash, including a tip, and in the meantime, this app automatically charged my bKash account without any warning, verification code, or approval from me. This is an absolutely SHOCKING and infuriating failure of your system.
What kind of app has such a terrible security flaw? It's a blatant disregard for a customer's financial security. This is a total scam. Your app is a complete piece of garbage for pulling a stunt like this. Fix your app and your terrible payment system.

It’s a very risky app. In the name of binding your account with online wallet they can check your balance (they got full access of your online wallet). And after enlistment start getting bkash scammers call. Avoid this app and be safe.

Worst customer service
Used their service and there was an issue with fare. The driver charged me twice. When reported they non-stop called me atleast 5/6times during work hours and repeatedly asked the same questions without solving the unwanted fare issue. They even asked the driver to call me on my personal number and confront me!!!!! That is the most disgusting level of customer service I have ever encountered. Even after which I cooperated with them and yet without any update they kept only calling me. Let me finish by saying, I am a daily uber user who has received their issues solved within 5 minutes without harassment. Anyway, when I tried to delete my obhai account their system hangs. A clever way to stop customer churn. Not to mention, their charge is always 50-100 taka extra than what any other service charges.

Drivers are liars
I had a very frustrating experience with two drivers who canceled after getting close to my location. Both of them told me they were on their way, but then they canceled without any valid reason. It’s extremely unprofessional to keep customers waiting only to back out at the last minute.

Payment method
Driver was asking to pay by cash as he was complaining not getting access of online payment but I declined to provide cash as because it was already deducted while booking the ride. So next time pls be concerned regarding the payment method. Thanks

The online transaction is so good. But sometimes drivers intentionally take a long root and Delay to get more rent.
Payment issue
Today, when I booked obhai it showed BDT 227. But after completing the trip it changed into BDT 263.80. There was no traffic at all. And when I booked again the payment showed BDT 247. Now the problem was with bkash payment and also the payment increased into BDT 270 that I had to pay in cash. This incident was really annoying. Even the drivers nowadays drive very recklessly and not so cooperative at all. Another issue I faced yesterday was that the dropoff point wasn’t showing in the CNG driver’s phone.So I had to pay extra 50 taka after paying via bkash just because the dropoff location wasn’t showing! What kind of joke is this?? Should we just stop using this app?
