Worst service!

Pathao used to be my favourite app for food order and delivery. Recently, the service has become so bad that I am actually planning to uninstall the app. After a few recent orders, I waited for 40 minutes to more than an hour but the delivery was still not assigned or it got reassigned again and again. How long do you intend that people will wait for their food and how do you undertake the responsibility for not being able to assign a delivery person within a reasonable time? On top of that, the customer service said that they could not say how long it can take. If this is the current situation of Pathao then I can say that you now have the worst service ever! Really bad experience with Pathao.
