I am an Uber user , just to support your service , I am using it. The fair what it shows to me and the driver is not correct. You need to work on it and show the proper fair. I want to rate you below 4, what you have seen is just to encourage you to uodate your system. If this happens in will switch to Uber. Your divers are very helpful and friendly.

A single drop of rain, fares skyrocket! I pay 80tk toll for the expressway to reach faster! Pathao slaps me with a 150-250 BDT increase in fare cz of route change even though its faster? I mean bro this is modern day digital robbery right out of the pocket, in your hands!
The only reason i have been using this app is for paylater and that too only for ordering food!
