Cannot find places easily
All is good with the app. Little too much of deals and offers. Biggest issue for me is that still not all locations are available in the App. And when we add the location it does not work well.

This app is honestly a total scam. They show the delivery charge as Rs. 45, but when you actually order the food, the delivery charge suddenly becomes Rs. 110. How is that fair?
I understand having a minimum order limit of Rs. 299, but charging such a high delivery fee even for orders below that amount is ridiculous. In the end, customers end up paying over Rs. 499 for what was supposed to be a much cheaper order.
Please be transparent about the actual delivery charges instead of showing one price and charging another at checkout. Very disappointing experience.

Adds hidden extra fees
Booked a car, the driver said arrived far before he actually arrived. But pathao let’s driver set as arrived before they actually arrive. Adding extra fees for driver waiting. Even though he was not waiting.

Unexpected Fare Increase
When I booked the ride, the estimated fare was shown half than the final fare. How it is possible? I had travelled through the same route in the opposite direction earlier and there was no significant fare difference at that time. Many captains do not seem to use the app properly. They accept ride request and then reject or cancel it afterwards. Even though the pickup location, destination and fare are clearly shown in the app, maximum captains still call the passenger and ask for the destination and demand an additional fare.
I will try to avoid Pathao as much as possible.

Notification Issue , help line number not response
সালার ফাল্তু মার্কা এপ্সে সারাদিন বা*ড়ার নটিফিকেশন আসে , হেল্প লাইনে কল দিয়ে ২০ মিনিট করে বসায় সিরিয়াল দেয় ,অথচ কল ধরেনা , ওর বাপে টাকা কামাই করে দিয়া গেছে ,কল না ধরেই সে টাকা কেটে নিছে।

Unfair fare system, misleading discount
Really disappointed with Pathao. Fares often seem way too high and can change without any clear reason, while the discounts don’t feel genuine. Overall, just a really frustrating experience.

গতকালই আমার পার্সেল হাতে পাওয়ার কথা ছিল। আজ আবার ফোন করে জানানো হলো যে, বিকেল ৫টার পর পার্সেল দেওয়া হবে। অথচ আমার সিলেটের উদ্দেশ্যে ট্রেন আজ বিকেল ৩:৩০টায়। জরুরি একটি পণ্য দুই দিন ধরে নিজেদের কাছে আটকে রেখে এভাবে দেরি করা সত্যিই হতাশাজনক। এ কেমন ডেলিভারি সার্ভিস?

Worst Service Provider
Pathao is the worst delivery service provider I have ever experienced with. You’re telling that you’re No. 1 service provider in BD which is a pure lie. I didn’t received my product even after a long waiting period. The seller did an urgent request as well but you guys are shameless.
Predatory and Misleading Fare alongside artificial low fare to newcomers to get addicted.
When I first started using Pathao,the fare was reasonable at 110-120BDT. Now even during non-peak hour and no shortage available riders,I still get fare around 180-210 BDT. No matter which time is it,these greedy people add “Surge Fee” to justify their outrageous Fare. Better book a fair through offline means than Pathao.

Useless Bangladeshi thieves . They take money for Pathao shop product but don’t deliver the service , nor do they refund the money. Please be extra careful . They are stealing money from your bank cards. Fraud service. Do not recommend , especially for expatriates or those residing abroad.

Discrepancy between pessenger and driver fair
I am an Uber user , just to support your service , I am using it. The fair what it shows to me and the driver is not correct. You need to work on it and show the proper fair. I want to rate you below 4, what you have seen is just to encourage you to uodate your system. If this happens in will switch to Uber. Your divers are very helpful and friendly.
