Fair gets way too much after ride ends
After the ride ends no matter what was the cause and who’s fault it was the fair gets increased a lot. The drivers take advantage of it. I faced it two times when drivers took long detour and one didn’t call me for 20 minutes after reaching the pick up spot
App not fully functionally
I can’t cancel a parcel order by myself there’s no option for that.
Push Notification and Unprofessional Driver
This aps sending unnecessary push notification every day. I use this pas almost every day for car. may driver accept but never come. Pathao should take necessary action on this. If the driver accept and cancelled the request with in 1mnts its fine but after one mnt driver should face penalty.

Never order food from this app, rather pick Foodpanda.
The pathao heroes barely accepts any orders these days. When they do, they all have the same excuse,” oh bhai bike noshto, ashte parbo na.” But when I tend to receive the food, it’s 50+ min late, food is cold and sometimes the food packaging is open. Often leads me to the question what happened while delivering.

Prices are unfair, they charge extra prices for different unethical reasons. And Discounts are just for show. It won’t works. App is still not developed yet. If they can’t fixed it then they should shut down.

Most of the time order gets canceled after placing the order. Until you comeback and check you don’t even know your order had been canceled.

It’s very sad that you don’t have any iOS app for the Pathan driver. When it will be available???.
Notification settings is missing
Please add a feature to turn of or control notifications cause I don’t want to notified about offers and others things through push notification
Let users decide
Please let users decide if they want to ride with drivers who accept. As a woman, I don't feel comfortable taking rides from drivers with low ratings or trips. I have to cancel such rides and then request again. Also, sometimes that same driver keeps accepting the request and I have to cancel again. You can set a mechanism to temporarily stop them from accepting again if they've been canceled once.

Absolutely terrible experience. The driver asked me to cancel the ride instead of showing up, which was highly unprofessional. I was left stranded, inconvenienced, and wasted valuable time waiting.
If the driver was unwilling to take the trip, they should have canceled it themselves rather than putting the responsibility on the customer. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and makes the service feel unreliable.
Very disappointing experience overall. I will definitely think twice before using this ride-sharing service again.

Lacks instant helpline and safety hotline. Beware!
I have been using Pathao for a few years and encountered a problem. If you want to cancel a parcel and you don’t feel your rider is a decent person (or a reliable rider) you cannot cancel immediately. To even cancel when I came across such an issue where I felt the rider was under the influence - I couldn’t even cancel the parcel and promptly ask another parcel order. When I tried to call a number to report the rider I found that to just speak even with a human representative it takes minutes by the time which the rider has already become a behavioral issues. I can imagine such problems with worse riders. The riders have a hotline apparently to directly call someone to report an issue which gives them the upper hand but for a customer no such direct number to report the issue or safety or a threat. I warn you all beware as I am not sure how they are doing a background check or even hiring riders for that matter.
