Amazing pregnancy app
This app has been amazing during pregnancy as a place to go for answers and get information to help me feel informed throughout the pregnancy. There is so much information available to you in a completely manageable way. The information is always accompanied by references so you know you are working with evidence based information. Dr. Sterlings videos are validating and reassuring and seem to pop up just when I need them.

Freezing
I want to love this app, but it freezes so dang much.
I’m going through the Birth Plan collection (I want to tell you the exact resource, but I can’t bc the app is currently frozen), and the first thing is that the workbook for Navigating the Unexpected isn’t the right workbook, it’s a repeat of the first workbook. The second and bigger thing is that I have to close out the app and restart it just to move to the next lesson. I’ll never be ready for birth at this rate!

The only app you need
This app is incredibly useful! I’m using the TCC version of the app and it’s been extremely helpful and educational as I’m learning about my cycle and ovulation testing. I LOVE going to a trusted source and not having to go down a Google rabbit hole with tons of information that I’m not even sure I can trust. I will be recommending this to all my friends because it has made me so much less stressed. I feel empowered now that I understand what my body is going through!

Life Changing App
Absolutely loving the Sterling parents app. Eliminates the horrible google spiral when looking up things related to pregnancy, postpartum, and trying to conceive. Love the focus on mental health and reducing stress (especially in the current political climate). A breath of fresh air in a crazy world right now! Highly recommend if you are considering diving parenthood, currently pregnant, or in your postpartum era!

Comprehensive and comforting
This app is such a comforting resource for a first time expecting mom. Even as an OBGYN I am learning practical tips that I did not even know I needed! The first trimester was rough...especially the nause and fatigue, and with the Sterling Parents app I was able have the tools I needed to successfully navigate this. So grateful to Dr. Sterling and her team!

Aesthically pleasing & evidence based research info
This app was a Godsend. Came at the right time. Has awesome live videos of Dr. Sterling giving advice and tips in any stage of pregnancy. I love the Ask Obi part of the app where you can ask any question and get an evidence based researched answer. Saying goodbye to googling pregnancy related topics and solely using this app for my ease of mind.

i’m already loving this app so much!! if i could add a few pieces of feedback - i think the gestational age tracking is one day off (flipped over to 5 weeks when i was still 4w6d) so that might need to be fixed, and i wonder if it could say your exact GA at the top? lastly i’d love to have a place to record symptoms or a little note of sorts to track things on a personal level as i progress in my pregnancy. excited to see this app flourish!!
