It’s ok but needs work
apps are supposed to make things easier. Being a mobile app product manager, this app is lacking basic features. Can’t book all activities in the app, have to email and once booked they don’t go on the app. Other activities you can’t book at all until on site. Some things are preselected by the resort. Doesn’t allow you to change the date/time. You have to cancel and try to rebook. Can’t book spa services via app either. So a lot is missing to be a hotel/resort app. It would be nice to be able to select your room OR talk to other guests in your group via the app. Might be too advanced for them right now…ehhh🤷🏽♀️

Great companion for staying at the resort!
Loved the idea that you can view pretty much all information via your phone. This is a very handy tool, always in your hand and I didn’t need to contact reception once while I was there.
You can view all menus, make bookings for excursions and see your schedule right in the app.
Some slight improvements are needed however and this could be just a brief technical fault.
While you have a day by day planner, push notifications or integration with the calendar would be useful. We nearly missed an appointment after getting too relaxed at the bar! 😂
Also the “View my bill” section wasn’t working. It would of been nice for this to work as you can keep an eye on any additional extra costs rather than finding out the night before you leave.
