Nothing gets book

In the booking procedure in the last it asks to select zone, no zones are listed to choose , pathetic UI. Worst app need fix

Worst experience

I am looking a place to book safari tickets for Ranthambore and nothing is showing in this app and govt website ask to download this app for booking. Also when raising support ticket, that UI is also very bad.
