Hello Don Zere, thank you for expressing your concern! We do understand and would like to address them. Our program both offers independent tools for learning through games and media as well as by connecting users with an expert instructor. Many of the questions are aimed at helping to connect users with the best fit for an instructor. With that being said, we have taken note and will review what questions can possibly be removed as we do not want them to stand as a barrier to all the app has to offer. Also in regards to the request for "whatsapp number" this is because the tutoring program existed prior to us creating an app and ran via whatsapp and zoom. This is information we are used to having because of that but we agree may not be necessary with our brand new shiny app. We hope you will reconsider checking out our app again as it does have a lot to offer and yes we are a new young company dedicated to helping our users achieve their personal or children's language goals. Thank you again =).

Poor user interface
I am giving it a 1 star because of the following:
First, u are forced to signup (email & password) before u can use the app or even preview the content. I am yet to see any app that does this. Anyways, I was ok with that.
After signing up, on the next page, the app was forcing me to enter my WhatsApp phone number. That right there was the line for me. Why would I want to enter all this info for an app I have not even tried yet. These personal info should be optional only if I wanted additional service from the company.
I would think a young company as this would be shooting for as many ppl to use their service as possible than implementing all these constraints.
