Learning pass
The only issue I have is the learning pass it isn’t available on the store and I need it to activate my account and progress to the next level this is honestly the annoying part but aside from that the app is fine
Unlocking new levels and activating account
I’ve not been able to unlock level 3, it says activate account and I try to do that it doesn’t work. Please advise

Im unable to activate my account to access the rest of the content, how do i do this?
I love the app but…
So I reached level 4 and it says I need to activate my account with a pass. I bought a yearly pass and was advised to restart the app in one minute. I restarted it and I still can’t get level 3 to load. Hopefully it’ll register.
For other users having this issue, you need to purchase monthly or yearly pass to get through the other levels. Go to the Langapp website and go to the store

Cannot Access Level 3
I cannot access level 3. It says I need activate account. My profile say I need learning pass to activate. I’m then instructed to purchase pass from store. There is no items in store when I open store.

I was able to buy the 1 month pass get access to level 3 yesterday but today the app saying my account is not activated again…. Where can I ask for a refund? This app is too glitchy and not properly developed
