Fraud
I ordered a dress and it was literally so poorly made and nothing like what I ordered. I reached out to them several times and sent them photos of it. They tried to make excuses and then finally said they’ll be able to exchange it with the correct one. It was way too late by then for my brothers wedding and that would cost money to ship it back etc. they just stopped responded when I asked for a refund and went silent. Don’t order from them, straight fraud!

Bad experience
Last time the app was not working, I had to order via WhatsApp, the one who was texting me was disrespectful and have zero professional attitude for handling customers order. I wish I have her/his name so I can mention it

I went to their store in dubai, they were helpful. Took my measurements and fix the design to suit my body

سرقوا فلوسي ولا رجعوها ولا ارسلوا لي فستان بقيمة 1400 ريال وتواصلت معهم ومن الوقاحة يقفلون الخط بوجهك واسلوب سيء في التعامل ومماطلة ما بعدها مماطلة .. حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل عليهم.
