Wrong good idea

This app is a wrong good idea but the goal of porting a mapping system on an tablet is good an exactly what I was looking for. But what a terrible choice this UI. Only sketching after several hours give a result of a big mess and such a waste of time processing the sketch afterward on the computer. I used in the past another system with the complete symbol set and a great UI. Why don’t you simply make an app with the same functions as OCAD ?. I can give you some ideas to make an pleasant and functional field mapping tool. But even if my comment is not very positive please go ahead on this project you could do such a great thing.
