Terrible

Although I already had a prepaid subscription, this “newspaper” added another one and charged me monthly through Apple and PayPal. They will not admit the account even exists and are continuing to deny it even after I submitted evidence. It took me hours of going back and forth from Apple, PayPal, emails, etc and days of waiting for replies. Apple finally made it good but the “newspaper” still won’t admit fault.
Don’t let this happen to you.

Love E-Edition

I read the Star-Banner everyday at home, on vacation and at the beach. I don’t have to cancel delivery when I am away or go outside to pick up the paper in the driveway. Love having the USA Today world news along with the local news, entertainment lists and opinion pages.
