Missing basic, essential features

No way to make loan payments through the app. One is forced to wonder what this app is intended for?

App makes you want to leave.

Pay a real app developer, I’m glad you allowed a high school to design it but come on its 2022. Not just your app but the darn mobile website is so terrible stacked. Literally leaving this bank for their UI.
