Flawed UI UX
Fundamentally bad design on mobile app for entering information for transactions. Compounded by bad responsiveness and the current update that has bugs. It’s a wonder the regulator doesn’t penalise this institution for misrepresentation of its mobile tech products

Not able to access OCBC Business Banking
I’m disappointed as well could not logged in since updating the app to 16.4
Agreed, this is the worst app
I haven’t been able to log in for weeks after they updated the app. This is horrible. This has also happened in the past. In addition, the features are so difficult and unintuitive to use. I wish OCBC would get their act together.
App hangs at startup screen
App is stuck during startup load. It says “Good Evening” and gets stuck there and will not proceed to login screen

There is no One-Token provided by this app. It is very difficult to log in.
Logged out forever
I updated the app recently, was logged out and asked to generate OTP which doesnt exist. I am not able to use the app anymore. Complete failure.

This is really rubbish! It Doesn’t work!
This was working perfectly until the new version about OneToken business, I am now not been able to logon to the online banking since. OTP never sent to my phone, kept asking me to update the version of App, I have done uninstalled and re installed five times, yet still not working. Extremely frustrated!

Worst app I’ve ever used
This app really is terrible. In fact useless. I managed to use it a few times when I first downloaded it but now it’s impossible to log on. So frustrating and a total waste of time trying to get it working without any success.
Unreliable app after update
OCBC has been running good. But lately there is issue where the app will be super slow. Especially when it is about to do authentication and after. Make the phone run very hot. Not sure why this is happening with the later update.
Please update the app so it will run fast and smoothly. It will not eat too much the processing power and battery life!!

Worst banking app I have ever used.
Online banking is supposed to streamline our time commitments. What’s the point if you have to return time and again to make payment. I have waited 10/15 mins sometimes to make payments to other people. Sometimes it just fails to work.
