Disappointed User
Downloaded App on my iPhone but would not allow me to login as new user. Text blocked the center of the screen not allowing me to completely see the verification screen.
Can’t log in with member number
Trying to log in using the same member number as I used on website and it comes back invalid. Something is wrong with the app.
No way to sign up
There no signup link. Only a forgot password option, and when I click that and enter my member ID it says my member ID is invalid. I’m entering it exactly as it is printed on my card and statement.
