From Bad To Worse
Never works. Oh yeah, the little wheel spins. A lot. And what about the “search catalog” feature? Oh wait, that never works either. How many “uninstalls and reinstalls” does a patron have to do?
The app itself aweful
Keeps crashing not loading anything at all after i logged in
Soooo slow
I don’t know how they’re making their server calls but dear lord it is slow. You have to wait a full minute for anything, even your card, to be visible.
When it works, it works
When the app works, it works fine. But lately I can’t even log in, which makes it functionally useless.
Crashes every time I click “place hold.”
This is a new one but yeah can’t place a hold anymore because the app just closes immediately.
