It is very slow at times leaving me to stand for minutes at a time at the cash register while people are waiting for me. The face ID feature is also very buggy

For not being computer savy I have always had the best of luck with this Cbc app.

The CBC appIt’s easy to use. You can set it up for fingerprint recognition. It doesn’t balk when you’re trying to put in a deposit. It is straight forward and works very well. Whoever put it together was extremely competent

Gone downhill
App and bank was great before it changed names to OceanAir. Now the fees are ridiculous and the app only works when it wants to. In order to transfer funds between accounts the drop down selections are blank until it finally decides to populate. Very disappointing. Already looking into switching banks.

Need better bill pay design
There are some features that need to be redesigned for easer use.
The way the credit card is laid out is terrible. It no longer shows charges easily and is not user friendly.

To me the app is ok, sometimes I get frustrated with the CBC use of limited Zelle, and my transfers for my sons have to be sent in parts
