Awful app to coerce facial recognition
Awful bank app that freezes and does not work 35% of the time so I am forced to login via my desktop. The bank app is also constantly trying to coerce members into creating a digital id with facial recognition which feels dark and creepy. My desktop transactions can only be completed if I have my mobile phone near me to receive and input a verification code. If I do not have my phone accessible, then I cannot tend to what I need to do. Awful.

Will not let me pay towards my principal on my loans even in the 3 day period after payment

Great when it works, unfortunately I have been unable to access it during some crucial times and it cost me money when it won’t let me in to pay certain bills
Amazing & Clean
I am so happy with this new application. What a huge improvement! This new application really launched VCCU into the 21st century. It’s clean, easy to use and to navigate, and has so many available features and functions. It has enhanced my digital banking experience, which is a plus for me since I moved out of the county and no longer have access to a physical branch. My absolute favorite new feature is what I think is called My Credit Score. This new service allows me to easily monitor my credit, receive alerts, and it even suggests products and services that would help me to either save money or improve my credit history and score. I love it!
