OchlooDriver is the official mobile application for delivery drivers
of Ochloo, a Mongolian last-mile delivery company. Drivers across
Ulaanbaatar use the app every day to run their delivery operations —
from receiving dispatched orders to navigation, proof of arrival and
daily earnings tracking.
KEY FEATURES:
• Receive and view assigned delivery orders in real time
• Push notifications for new orders, warehouse requests and
cancellations — delivered even when the app is closed
• Display order pickup and dropoff locations on the map
• Arrival detection — when the driver enters the 50 m geofence around
the delivery point, the app prompts them to confirm the delivery and
record how the customer paid
• In-app turn-by-turn navigation with live ETA and distance
• SOS driver safety feature — one tap emergency alert with location
• Share live ETA tracking link with the end customer via SMS
• Toggle "Online" and "Offline" status to control order availability
• Update delivery status — accept a dispatched order, flag an issue
for review, or mark it delivered
• Personal earnings dashboard — daily/weekly/monthly income,
deliveries and kilometres driven, computed from the actual route
• Track delivery success rate and performance metrics
• Submit warehouse stock and fuel refill requests
• View recorded violations and daily work reminders
• Manage team drivers and view their locations (for team leaders)
• View daily work schedule and previous-day settlements

LOCATION USAGE:
The app uses persistent background GPS to power its core delivery
features: auto-arrival geofencing at the delivery point, in-app
navigation while multi-tasking, live ETA sharing for end customers,
and a personal kilometre tracker drivers use to verify their pay.
Location is transmitted only to the Ochloo dispatch backend and is
never shared with third parties or used for advertising. Drivers can
revoke "Always" location permission at any time via iOS Settings.
ACCOUNT ACTIVATION:
Driver accounts go through a two-step process. The in-app signup
form submits an APPLICATION; the Ochloo dispatch team then manually
reviews each applicant (licence check, vehicle inspection, background
check) and issues the working username and password by phone or
email. If you are interested in becoming an Ochloo driver, please
submit a signup application or contact Ochloo directly.
ACCOUNT DELETION:
Drivers can permanently delete their account at any time from the
Profile tab (Бүртгэл устгах).
PRIVACY:
We respect driver privacy. Location data is associated only with
delivery activity, is stored on Ochloo's secure backend, and is
never shared with third parties or used for advertising. See our
