Together you have all made it possible for me to progress my healing and given me great comfort.

Inaccurate
Inaccurate details after making a booking. It is certainly not the first time I have visited the clinic. If you get this kind of information wrong, what else might you get wrong? Not impressed.

The Ochre app is extremely convenient . So easy to make an appointment at home where you have your calendar handy . You can easily see the times that are available . A couple of clicks and your in business. Suits me , definitely five stars .

Very easy and quick to find a ‘non urgent’ appointment with our GP. Not easy to arrange an appointment in a hurry with our GP at this clinic.
Ochre App
I find the Ochre App really good, but l find it frustrating not being able to cancel appointments on the app. I hope you are able to rectify that. Thank you Roy Jeffries

I asked for a Telehealth Appt and it's booked me a face-to-face appointment.
Each time I use the app, it tells me I should come 15 mins early as it's my first appointment there. I've been attending this practice for years. I'm also concerned I will then be charged a higher fee for a first appointment?
Can someone call me please to address the above issues.

I have found the Ochre medical centre to be excellent. I have never had a late appointment or had to wait any length of time at this centre. The Ochre Health app allows you to book times that suit you and also had a special function where they can call you back for necessary appointments. The app is dry user friendly.

Given the response advised me to arrive 15 mins early to fill n forms as it’s my first visit, which is totally incorrect. I’ve been coming for many many years even before it became Ochre so the app clearly needs updating.
Some work needed
Makes booking an appointment easier for those of us who can’t get to the phone during work hours. However, the new function, request a repeat prescription bit, just does not work, it just defaults you to making an appointment.

No daylight savings time in Queensland I don’t live in Sydney
