Absolute garbage of an app

I think someone must have hired their unemployed nephew who took a coding class in high school to design this app. It is the most useless steaming pile of crap ever. All I wanted to do was check out an ebook to my kindle. Here’s how that went. Keep in mind there was no clear path to digital holds so I am leaving out the extensive exploring it took to get there.
Click start
Click my library
Click the 3 line icon
Click on my account
Click on holds
Click on digital holds.
Choose format to download.
However because I was prompted to log in to Amazon from there it RESTARTS FROM THE BEGINNING. In fact, if you leave the app for even a second, you are starting over. Need to check a text? Restart. Get a phone call? Restart. Want to check a review on Amazon? Restart. The app should remember where I left off less than 10 seconds ago, and it should take two obvious clicks to get to holds max. Seriously guys. Do it right or don’t do it at all
