Inconvenient
Of course like all of these self monitored camera companies you have to pay monthly to store footage. At least the outdoor cameras I have are able to hold a micro sd. The main problem with the app itself is it does not stay signed in. Probably the only app I have that asks for login everytime I open it. In times where I’m trying to monitor something happing in real-time, I must sign back in. My blink app stays signed in what good does it do to sign out on a personal phone app every time

Home camera
Great home camera, picture quality is great. Setting alerts is easy. Definitely recommend this camera and service.
App is choppy
App is choppy, hard to see recordings, record data, use talk features etc. the list goes on. Also Can’t download recordings. This could be a great app but needs work.
It could be better if they updated the software
If you set your alerts as high as possible it will literally record leaf’s and the trees barley moving from the wind but if a whole person walks through my yard it misses it or if a car parks infront of my house with the camera pointing right at it it still misses but will record everything else🤦

Night time vision is not all that great and I’ve been out of town several times where the camera has to be rebooted for some reason

I’ve only had the Bullet Pro for a few days but it was easy to set up and install. So far very pleased.

I get an alert when a cat walks by and I don’t get notified when a car pulls up in the driveway. Go figure. Weak

Far from a pro, picture is pretty good during the day but not so good at night, I would not rely on this camera to identify someone

I love my Oco Home Camera!
I’m very much satisfied having this camera. I had it for do many years and picture quality is still the best. It is also a user friendly. Even the caveman can do it.👍

Good quality, Horrible cloud plan prices
Love the quality of the image but if you plan on getting a lot of cameras go with a different company. They should have a group pricing unlimited camera pack instead I bought 4 cameras to begin with and the bill for that is more than my cell phone bill each month
Spotty Coverage
The unit struggles with an internet source 5’ away. Pairing isn’t difficult but takes forever. The camera doesn't ‘see’ the bar code, at times, for over 15 mins. Next time it connects right away. The only very good feature is the picture quality, if the camera is connected to the Internet and working properly.

Buy a better camera 8/24/20
I couldn’t be more disappointed in what seemed to be a good surveillance camera. The first time I set up my Oco, it took five minutes. After six months the camera would just go dead. It took 15 to 20 minutes to reconnect each time. And now it’s just dead. I found a better camera, Wyze. It only costs $30 but you can scan and zoom with it. It doesn’t have Wi-Fi problems like my Oco. Overall, I say don’t invest in this surveillance camera. The camera heats up for no apparent reason. It drops off Wi-Fi unexpectedly. If it lasts six months you’ll be lucky.

Ok camera,
The fidelity of the camera is not very good. I installed the Dome Pro camera to monitor a dumpster garbage can however the image quality is low, can’t make out the face to positively identify the person doing illegal dumping.
The installation wasn’t too difficult but when I adjusted the camera angle, the plastic support broke.
I’m going to return the camera and the second unopened one.

Disappointing
It’s easy to connect to WiFi if you have forever. Even next to the WiFi, the unit struggles to connect. Then everything connects until it doesn’t. It overheats. The red light flashed for no reason. The camera isn’t touched or moved but it suddenly switches to night vision then eventually rights itself. When it works, it monitors. It won’t stop recording sound even when only motion recording is desired. I like it’s small round shape. It doesn’t perform properly consistently.

I am loving this camera. I installed mine on Monday 1/20/2020. Installation and mounting was a breeze. The oCo app is user-friendly The picture quality is excellent. I have not
experienced any blackouts yet. I am able to go back in time through the calendar to review past events. The archive is on my 64 GB memory card. I have no complaints yet.

The Pain
This was the most difficult of 20 iOT devices to connect to WiFi. It took at least 30 minutes and several attempts, the added bonus of which was that it afforded me the opportunity to key my WiFi password each time. Of the 6 or so cams in the house, this is the only one that will not allow me to delete events, so I have an ever-growing list. At least the cam takes 128 GB cards, so I added a SanDisk 128. Picture quality is good, but app is under-developed
