App is very sluggish
The app is very sluggish. I constantly have to double log on to get into my accounts. It constantly gives messages saying that it’s unable to perform the activities. My old bank Velocity Federal Credit Union has a very nice app that maybe Oconee Federal should explore for use. It never gave me access issues.
