Down more often than any app I’ve ever used for work order management. Horrible Jane trying to connect to any workspace whatsoever, so, if your in a business, you will more than likely need to rewrite everything you make in hexagon, back into your actual work profile/tasking if you want to keep track or get any type of paper trail for work orders.

Clunky, slow, and not optimized for mobile/fieldwork
The software developers promised this software would improve productivity by being streamlined and linear, but it ends up being a convoluted mess that takes forever to navigate and is as slow as molasses to upload or receive work orders. EAM also breaks if you change or modify identifiers outside of your job description, but you have no idea what falls outside of your job description because they don’t block you from making those changes. Overall, I highly suggest you convince your place of employment to NOT go with this software as it will cause unnecessary headaches for everyone involved.
