App Not Working
Suddenly CIMB app version 9.1.1 ceased to work for iPhone 7 Plus, iOS ver 15.8.8 although the compatibility info stated otherwise (compatible with iOS 15 and above). Called customer service few days ago. Said he will check with IT technical team but no news to date..:( ### Update:- Thanks CIMB digital tech team for resolving. Now the above issue resolved with the CIMB app new version 9.1.2. Am able to log in. Upgraded from ⭐️ to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️..👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻

CIMB Clicks has become really smooth. Easy transfers, bill payments, and great investment tools. I love the Goal Save feature and card control options. Sometimes it loads a bit slow during peak hours, but overall it’s secure and user-friendly. Solid banking app.
Consistently unable to receive OTP for login
Extremely frustrating, this happens on and off and for days on end. Also no OTP to set up digital token. Did everything to troubleshoot but still unresolved.
