Scam

When we bought Octoropes it was promised that we would always have access to free content and routines - “unlike the other apps”. Well that was a lie. Now you can’t even get into the app and when you use their wonky email verification process to get you in the only thing that appears is a sign up for premium content.

This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Don’t Bother

App simply does not work. Even reached out to support. They sent me a link to register, which I completed, and sure enough, same result. No access to any of the content and no way to start my “free” trial. Absolute trash and not expected

Doesn’t work

When I first got the rope in December I contacted the company and they helped me out to get it working. Now I come back to it and it’s the same thing as before.

Can’t access the app, after buying the product!! Ugh!!

Beware!

Good luck with this awful app

Purchased the ropes…plural. Scanned QR code in box to get first free lesson. That’s didn’t work. Downloaded app. Made my account. Then you have to pay to get the exercises…mind you this is just a rope from LOWES! Monthly fee is 19.95. Ok, I got the ropes, so I HAVE to get the instructions…I’ll pay the 19.95 per month for the app. Try to select pay monthly….nope didn’t work, they want you to pay for a full year of the app…..$120. LAUGHABLE. Needless to say I’ll be returning the ropes because it’s really too much HASSLE and unexplained expenses to continue the shenanigans! Find a better way to make money without scamming people.
