Needs improvement
The app is difficult to use and feels poorly designed. Both the mobile and web experiences are clunky and sometimes buggy—for example, refreshing the page can clear your cart. It also lacks basic functionality, such as editing a standing order. Additionally, you cannot search for or order new items in the app unless they were previously ordered on the web, which is a significant limitation. Overall, the experience needs considerable improvement

Clunky and horrible experience
Their whole mobile and web application is clunky. The checkout process is counter intuitive. Refresh the page and you lose your cart. you must add the items again. Horrible app. If it wasn’t for the price, I would never use odeko again.
Missing Features
Very useful, but missing a few features and it can get really buggy when multiple people are using it. One key missing feature imo is editing the standing order.
