Needs improvement
First, it crashes every time I try to hit the reorder button ( restarted device, quit and reopened app, no updates). The one time it did work for me (several weeks ago) I removed an item and it didn’t update the total cost (and I spent several minutes playing with adding and removing the same item to see if it would update the total. Finally I removed everything from my cart and started my order again from scratch.
I also had an experience where I ordered not realizing they were closed and couldn’t cancel it or change the pickup time that the app scheduled for the next morning. So I had to wake up super early to not lose my money, which was not ideal.
I also dislike that there are separate loyalty programs for online and in store orders.
