Can’t create an account on the app, says invalid phone number, created an account on the webpage - not business portal - tried to sign in on the app again, still say invalid email and password. I can sign in on the webpage, but can’t create an order. I can create an order on the app, but can’t pay or login. 1 out of 5 is kind as you can’t even get logged in.

So difficult to login and use for no reason whatsoever
Worst Ordering App Ever
This app will log you out every time. Then when you try to log in, it will not recognize your password. Then when you reset the password, it will tell you that the new password that you just created is not the correct password. I used to be able to find a way to get in, but I give up. I just reset my password 3 times and it will not let me login.

Phone number
I tried to create an account and had to enter my phone number multiple times, in all available ways, including wait, pause, * because the app could not validate the number I have had since 1998 as a 10 digit string. I want to use the app but I give up.
Won’t even open
If I could give this app less than one star, I would. Honestly, Odeko has always had issues - from not being able to login with a saved password, to not sending orders through, etc, but now the app won’t even open. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, double checked my phone’s compatibility - nothing. Won’t even open. Trash app.

Can not create account
The app is experiencing a problem . When I attempt to make an account with both mine and my wife’s phone, the app says are phone numbers are invalid. Any way to correct this?

It won’t take my phone number when trying to create an account. Keeps telling me it’s invalid.
Phone number invalid
Every time I try to create an account it says my phone number is invalid. I’ve tried many times, I’ve tried my husbands number I even tried a number with the specific area code of the coffee shop I’m trying to order from no luck. Big bummer

I wanted to start ordering ahead of time at my local coffee shops but when I tried to make an account it said that my phone number was invalid. I’ve tried my family members phone numbers and many other ways but it just continues to say it is invalid

Tried to make an account repeatedly and every time it would tell me my phone number is not a valid phone number when, shocker, yes it is. Can’t get ahold of anyone on support so don’t waste your time on this app.

i was trying to make an account but when i was trying to add my phone number it kept saying it was invalid, i don’t see why they need both my email and phone number, especially since the reviews suggest that this has been a problem for a long time

Unusable
It says the last version was updated 15 hours ago. I downloaded the app, but when I click it, it says Odeko then closes and returns to my phone’s home screen.

Doesn’t Work
This app keeps telling me that my phone number is invalid even though it is clearly not. It won’t let me create a profile, never seen anything like it.

I was excited to find this app, there’s a local coffee shop near my work that I wanted to order ahead. Problem, couldn’t even make a account . Every time it ask for my phone number I input and say it valid , it very much is. After restarting the app, deleting and re download and I went to view support which if you aren’t a business, doesn’t exists for customers. I deleted after 40 minutes of “trying to get it to work”

Very buggy and wouldn’t let me sign up or view shops
This app was honestly horrible, I tried to download it after a local coffee shop posted about having an online ordering feature through Odeko. First, I tried to create an account & it kept telling me my phone number was invalid, so I tried my husbands phone number as well…apparently we both have phone numbers that aren’t real lol I skipped the sign in process just to look around on the app, the coffee shop that is near me (I just moved to the area recently, they have had this app for a while) was there, when I clicked to look at the menu it said “coming soon” with nothing to view…even though on the side menu it listed numbers of items on the menu. I refreshed a few times and even tried redownloading. Awful experience!

Still awful
I thought they had finally fixed the issues w/this app. I go to use it this morning and find I have to log in. This filled me w/dread and flashbacks of when I first used this app and how awful an experience that was. Sure enough, it won’t accept my password and I need to reset it. Like my last experience, I go to ck my email and there’s none from Odeko. I’m going to ask my coffee shop to use another app. Using Odeko is so frustrating.
