Everything in this release started as a question someone asked with a phone in one hand and a problem in the other. MIGRATIONS, IN YOUR POCKET Migrations now have a home on mobile. Watch every job move through initial sync, keeping current, cutover and completion, with the full run history behind each one so you can see exactly what the last pass did and when. When a job needs a nudge, sync it now, pause it, resume it, or call the cutover, without opening a laptop. Authoring jobs stays on the dashboard where it belongs. The app is built for the part you do away from your desk: watching, and deciding. WHERE IS IT, AND WHO DO I CALL The two questions every ticket really asks, answered in a single card. One tap for turn-by-turn directions to the site. One tap to call, text or email the person who reported it. Calls go out through your own dialer, from your own number, and land in your own call history. Nothing is routed through the platform, nothing is masked, nothing is lost between the ticket and the doorstep. GET PAID BEFORE THE WORK STARTS Work authorizations come to mobile. When a ticket has to be paid up front, the app tells you plainly what is owed and what is on hold, instead of letting you find out when the timer refuses to start. The invoice is one tap away if it needs chasing, and the moment the customer pays, the ticket clears itself and the work is yours to begin. CONTACTS THAT KNOW WHERE THEY LIVE Every contact can now carry a site. Choose it when you create or edit them, see it on the detail view, and stop guessing which of a customer's twelve buildings you are being sent to. RentRedi tenants get it for free: renters are placed at their property automatically on the next sync. Also in this release: clearer status labels, steadier navigation on cold starts, and fixes throughout. Wisdom at every endpoint.
