RC Vanta

RCVanta is the mobile companion to the RCVanta care-operations platform. It carries the parts of the job that happen away from a desk — clocking in at a site, checking tomorrow's shift, finishing an assigned course — and gives supervisors what they need to keep a roster running. Sign in with your work email. RCVanta is passwordless: enter your address, we email you a six-digit code, and you are in. There is no password to choose, forget, or reset. TIME CLOCK Start and end a shift in two taps. Before a punch records, RCVanta checks that you are at your assigned work site, so the timesheet reflects where the work happened. Attach an optional punch photo when your employer asks for one. While you are on the clock, a Live Activity keeps your running shift on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island — you never have to open the app to be sure you clocked in. SCHEDULE See the shifts you are scheduled for, when they start, and where. AVAILABILITY AND TIME OFF Tell your scheduler when you can work, and request time off, without a phone call or a paper form. TRAINING Work through the courses your role requires: read the material, take the quiz, and launch SCORM packages right in the app. Your completion history stays available, and reference material is there when you need to look something up rather than retake anything. CREDENTIALS Keep licences, certifications, and background checks in one place, with their expiry dates visible before they lapse. NOTIFICATIONS An inbox for what was actually sent to you, plus push notifications so time-sensitive items reach you. FOR SUPERVISORS AND ADMINISTRATORS Everything above, plus the controls behind it — people and roles, departments, positions and roster, organizations, work locations and their geofences, punch rules, late alerts and automatic clock-out, overtime and holiday pay, timesheets, pay-period timecards, team availability, credential types and settings, course assignments and compliance, and broadcast announcements. What you can see and change is governed by the permissions your administrator grants you, so the app shows each person their own job and nothing else. MAKE IT YOURS Choose which destinations appear in your navigation bar and in what order. Pick light or dark, and a colourway to go with it. If you work across more than one organization, switch between them without signing out. RCVanta requires an account provided by your employer. It is not a general-purpose time tracker and cannot be used without an organization that has already been set up on the platform.
