Crash fixes and minor improvements.

Junk

App hasn’t worked for 6 years, don’t get your hopes up. “A work in progress” they have said for 6 years. Garbage. I’ll leave a review every couple months until it’s fixed

Garbage

This app never works correctly. I’ve been told for 6 years that they’re “working on a new app” or “working to fix the current app”. There are a multitude of error messages you can run into. My favorite is when trying to service a camera, it will give you a “this camera is already installed” error. No kidding. That’s why I’m here to service it. Please fix this some day soon, it’s a gigantic waste of time to call in to verify.

Poor app management

Yeah I agree this app doesn’t work like 90% of the time, and there turn around time on fixing errors when they pop up is incredibly slow, we’re talking months, they should definitely invest more time, money and man/women power into keeping this app up and functioning correctly, because when it is working correctly your talking maybe 5-10 minutes to complete a check in or repair, when it doesn’t work and you have to call tier 1 support your talking about adding 25-45 minuets on to each install and you have multiple installs, good luck on trying to complete they in a timely manner, which wouldn’t be bad if we paid hourly, but we’re paid per vehicle, please do better Verizon.

Works when Verizon does their job right, which is rare.

If any information is incorrect for the service appointment, the install will not go through on the app. Calling in takes an extra 15 minutes if you’re lucky. I’ve waited on them to sort out issues for over 45 minutes before, 30 minutes is very common.

Hardly works when you need it to

When it does work it’s great but more then half the time I get error vehicle not found and end up having to call tech support anyways
