Doesn’t work - scam

My wife bought this app and we cannot use the change device feature at all. The streams are less than one frame per second and it crashes constantly. After it decided to log her out, she tried to log back in using use this device and it removed her subscription. Even though our Apple subscription is still active it blocks her from viewing anything. Total scam.

Doesn’t work

I paid for this, but it doesn’t work. I contacted Apple and the app to get my money back. Neither one responded.

Trust that this is good!

We can watch our dog from daycare with this app. It’s super affordable and reasonable. The camera always refreshes and the quality is good! Not sure why there was old bad reviews but this is good and helps keep owners calm

What does the ODoggy app do?

The ODoggy app allows you to view live camera feeds from pet care providers that have installed the Online Doggy webcam system. This includes doggy daycares, kennels, and veterinarians, enabling you to monitor your pet's activities while they are in their care.

How do I use the app?

First, download the app to see if your pet care provider offers the service. If they do, you can subscribe to the service through the app to start viewing the cameras. If your provider doesn't offer it, you can encourage them to sign up.

What are the subscription options and costs?

The app offers a 1-year subscription for $4.99 and a 30-day subscription for $1.99. Payments are charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase. However, no cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
